Cacao Hemp Seed Milk Recipe. Bircher and Porridge Recipe.

Cacao Hemp Seed Milk 

1 cup hemp seeds, shelled
3 cups water
Pinch of sea salt
6 x pitted dates
Vanilla pod
2 tbsp cacao powder



Add 1 cup cacao hemp seed milk and 1/4 cup yoghurt through 2 cups untoasted muesli –…/ and place in fridge overnight. Serve with a handful or two of blueberries and sprinkle of cinnamon.



Bring 1/2 cup water to boil and stir through 1/4 cup untoasted muesli, 2 tbsp oat bran, 1/2-3/4 cup cacao hemp seed milk and 1 sliced banana. Serve with a handful of almonds (I like dry roasted for the extra crunch) and a couple dollops of yoghurt.
