1:1 Nutrition Consult
Training or competition fuelling, exercise-induced gastrointestinal symptom assessment and intervention, recovery nutrition, supplementation, injury nutrition, body composition, travel nutrition.
Initial Consult (~60mins)
Initial assessment of needs i.e. training load/event nutrition/gastrointestinal symptomatology/recovery nutrition. Provide nutrition education and information individualised to your goals.
Initial Consult with Nutrition Plan
Initial consult with a specific nutrition plan developed for you. Individualised nutrition plans take considerable time to develop. After the initial or review consult, an estimate of training/event load/gastrointestinal/recovery/hydration and health needs is made and individual preferences taken into account.
The plan will be developed and emailed to you within 2-3 working days.
Review Consult (~45mins)
Consequent review and feedback i.e. review training/race/gastrointestinal needs, further education provided based on needs and assessment
Does your training regularly change? Do you need a training and event/race day nutrition plan. Are you aiming for body composition changes and monitoring. Here is a package for you. Do you need someone to keep you on track, do you want ongoing learning in the area of nutrition, you want to continue to fine tune your nutrition over a number of key races/training loads. We can customise a package to you just tell us what you want and we are sure we can work something out together to suit your needs.

- 1 x Competition Day Nutrition Plan – pre-event, event day, post-event day nutrition
